General Terms
Simply Irressitible offers only pre-orders unless stated.
We have a certain amount of cappings to meet in every preorder
We will only send in orders to our supplier/manufacturer once cappings are met
Prices here are fixed and non-negotiable unless stated
Cancellation of orders are not allowed once payment is made. Please refer to the refund policy.
Customers are advised to be patient as pre-order/sprees may drag for more than a month.
Contact Lenses customers: Read and abide by our lens care section before attempting on purchasing/wearing your contact lenses. We are not responsible for your eye problems if you have not taken proper care of your contact lenses.
All Terms and conditions may change without prior notice.

Ordering Policy
To order, simply fill in your orders in our order form. Rest assured as the form will directly go to our email and will not be viewed by any third parties.
Once orders are sent, no backing out is allowed.
It is the customer's responsibility to be clear of all doubts before purchasing/ordering.

Refund Policy
Once orders are confirmed and payment is being made, no refund is allowed.
Should there be a case of an OOS (out of stock) item, customers are allowed to choose either to replace it with another item which is not OOS or opt for a refund of 65% only.
In any case of serious defects on the items, refunds are not allowed however, you may request for an exchange. (Refer to exchange policy)
If requesting of refund is made for reasons such as "I changed my mind", etc, only 60% will be refunded.

Exchange Policy only for EOS Lenses
Items sold cannot be exchanged or refunded except for serious defects.
We will inspect your items and make sure they are in good quality before sending them out.
In very rare cases will there be serious defects that are undetected by our checks.
According to our supplier, comments from past customers about quality have been very encouraging so you do not need to worry about quality

Below are reasons that are NOT considered as serious defects and cannot quallify for exchange or refund:
[a] Personal dislike, change of mind after purchase.
[b] Slight colour differences (same colour range or any other minor physical differences).
Contact Lenses: Exchanges(change of styles of lenses) may only be made before the spree ends.

Privacy Policy
We keep our customers private informations to our selves for sending updates, mailing, and company record purposes.
Our customers' private data (emails,addresses,telephone numbers) will not be distributed or displayed without the consent of the customer her/himself
